In addition to selling real estate, I serve on the State of Wisconsin Contractual Forms committee which drafts the listing contracts and offers to purchase used by all licensees throughout the State. As such, I am considered an expert when it comes to drafting real estate contracts. I have also assisted in drafting past Real Estate Broker's Exams and the Real Estate Licensee continuing education questions for those exams.
I have developed and built condominium complexes in Madison and Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Sharing my expertise in construction helps my clients make a more informed decision on their purchase. In addition, I have owned, purchased, sold and exchanged rental properties in Dane County, having purchased my first income property in 1978.
